In our vast and diverse species of more than 7 billion people, most of us have black hair and brown eyes like the doll on the right.  In terms of blood type, O positive is the most common among our kind.

This doll on the left represents one of the rarest types of human beings in terms of hair and eye color.  Red hair is the rarest color among humans. To have red hair a person must inherit the recessive gene for red hair from both parents.

Likewise, green eyes are the rarest.

In terms of blood types, the rarest of the 4 primary blood types is AB negative.
